ABOUT

The Source follows the fortunes of two children, Molly and Mannix, as they journey into the unknown, on an odyssey that will define the destiny of their tribe.
They must venture from their valley home, to the origin of the River Moyne, the literal and symbolic font of prosperity and fertility for their people throughout the ages.
On the way, they'll reconnect with their ancestral past, forge unlikely friendships and face challenges far beyond their years.
Their story draws on the rich ancient history of Ireland, celebrating its deep mythological heritage and the indivisible connection between the people and the land.
Molly and Mannix's adventure is soundtracked by songs steeped in the unmistakable signatures of the Celtic tradition, blending soaring balladry with lively, levitous dervishes and playful, contemporary-tinged anthems.
At the heart of the story are two children of unquenchable spirit, who risk everything to honour and protect their parents, their tribe and the valley beyond which they have never before stepped.
